Shazi Shabatian, MS, RDN
Nutrition Therapist
I am passionate about your taking great care of yourself mentally, physically, and emotionally.

Let’s take a walk on a path toward better health and well-being and heal your relationship with food and body image.

Allow me to teach you to rely on your inner wisdom, dare to be the unique you, eat freely without guilt, and nourish yourself body and soul.

When I began working with Shazi, my life revolved around food. I had struggled with various eating disorders for fifteen years and finally reached my breaking point. I was sick of dieting, hating my body, and missing out on the joy of life. In my initial session, Shazi immediately made me feel comfortable about intimate thoughts I could not even share with the people closest to me. She validated my obsessive food thoughts and enabled me to understand how to foster a healthy relationship with food. Between sessions, Shazi provided me with notes and questions to explore and deepen the work we did together. As I look back on the time I worked with Shazi, I am forever grateful. My life is changed and I owe her the world for my newfound happiness and freedom from food. I finally have my life back!
